    3. Subscription Plans

    AI Chatbot Pricing:

    • Starter: $29/month - 1,000 messages, basic customization
    • Professional: $79/month - 5,000 messages, full customization, priority support
    • Enterprise: $199/month - Unlimited messages, white-label, dedicated support

    All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

    4. Payment Terms

    • Payments are processed monthly in advance
    • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
    • We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
    • Failed payments may result in service suspension

    5. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cancel anytime during the free trial with no charges
    • After trial: Cancel before next billing cycle to avoid charges
    • Refunds available within 30 days of purchase if service is unsatisfactory
    • No refunds for partial months or unused messages

    6. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
    • Not use services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems

    We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

    Prosper Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

    These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
